Born 1980 in Bünde, Westphalia.

Studied psychology at the TU Darmstadt, Germany.

Training and further education in organisational development, conflict management and mediation, meditation and as a trainer in educational psychology.

From 2008 – 2014 he worked in the internal organizational and personnel development of a medium-sized company with worldwide operations. Focal points: Accompaniment of change processes, leadership and conception of executive programs, coaching of executives, team development and interface workshops as well as leadership and accompaniment of personnel selection processes.

Since 2008 he has also worked as a trainer, coach and consultant for various companies and organisations.
