Born 1955 in Erdmannhausen, D. After an artistic education (acting) and a pedagogical study 14 years as a teacher and in school management. During this time, he set up and managed a 12-year-old adventure circus company.

Training in Gestalt psychotherapy, group dynamics, organisational development, systemic consulting and conflict management (mediator BM, BMWA and ÖBMJ, mediation trainer BM and BMW A).

M.A. studies in mediation.

Since 1994 active as organizational consultant, management trainer and mediator.

Partner of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung Munich.

Member of the editorial board of the journal “Konfliktdynamik”.

Publisher and author of various textbooks and educational films on the topics of organisational development, conflict management and mediation, leadership.
