Trigon has been supporting organizations, managers, teams and individuals on their path to development and change since 1985. As development consultants, we see ourselves as process facilitators who design future-oriented solutions together with our clients. Our systemic and holistic approach enables organizations to develop on their own, unleash their potential and remain adaptable in the long term.

Who we are

Trigon is an international consulting firm with more than 40 experienced consultants at six locations in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. We are united by a common attitude that emphasizes free thinking, personal responsibility and collegial development. Our diversity of professional and academic backgrounds is one of our strengths – we combine in-depth knowledge from areas such as organizational development, psychology, economics, sociology and leadership development.

 

What makes us special is our learning culture: we meet regularly to exchange ideas, deepen our expertise and reflect on our work in order to continuously work on our own professionalism.

Our coaching and consulting approach is based on a systemic-evolutionary model. We rely on an in-depth, holistic and practice-oriented methodology that supports people and organizations and has a real impact.
