  • Born 1978 in Steyr, grown up in Weyer (Upper Austria)
  • Studied and graduated from Commerce at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the ESSCA Angers (France) with a focus on corporate management
  • Training and further education: systemic business coaching at Trigon Academy, with specialization in the hypnosystemic approach (Dr. Gunther Schmidt); in organizational development at the University for Continuing Education in Krems on ‘Agile Organizations and Collective Leadership’
  • 20 years of practical experience in building and leading international teams as well as in sales and business development in international companies (ÖBB and Mondi); including seven years of responsibility for the design and subsequent implementation of a strategic and cultural transformation in international sales, both as a team lead and then as part of the management team
  • Since 2024 independent organizational consultant and systemic business coach in cooperation with Trigon and since October 2024 Senior Consultant at Trigon Entwicklungsberatung Wien
  • Certifications: coach certified according to ISO 17024 and IOBC (International Organization for Business Coaching)
  • Sabine Matschedolnig lives in Vienna with her partner and two sons. In her free time, you can find her in her garden, on the mountain or in a rowing boat.
