The four fields of leadership

In order to develop managers in a targeted manner, Trigon works with a four-field model that provides clear guidance on the areas of leadership. This model is based on two fundamental leadership dimensions: task orientation and relationship orientation.

  • Organization” field: strategy development, decision-making, process design and change management.
