  • Studies of English, Political Science and Romance Languages in Freiburg (D), Leicester and Oxford (GB). M.A. Leicester University, 1st state examination and Dr. phil. University of Freiburg.
  • Further training in systemic consulting, conflict management and mediation, group dynamics, person-centred communication, coaching, organisational development and mindful leadership.
  • Four years manager for personnel development in an energy company; lecturer for international personnel management and personnel development at the Management Center Innsbruck.

 

  • Since 2003 self-employed as consultant, trainer and coach.
  • Since 2007 shareholder of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung Munich.
  • Loves discovering new things, mountain and water sports, yoga, literature and theatre.
  • Married, two daughters, lives in Innsbruck.

Fields of Consulting

During the course of her professional career, Susanne Skandera has gained considerable experience in international HRD from an organisational and a consultant´s perspective. Her focus of work is on management development programs and on facilitating change and development for organizations, teams and individuals.
