  • Further training in systemic consulting, conflict management and mediation, group dynamics, person-centred communication, coaching, organisational development and mindful leadership.
  • Four years manager for personnel development in an energy company; lecturer for international personnel management and personnel development at the Management Center Innsbruck.

 

  • Since 2003 self-employed as consultant, trainer and coach.
  • Since 2007 shareholder of Trigon Entwicklungsberatung Munich.
  • Loves discovering new things, mountain and water sports, yoga, literature and theatre.
  • Married, two daughters, lives in Innsbruck.

During the course of her professional career, Susanne Skandera has gained considerable experience in international HRD from an organisational and a consultant´s perspective. Her focus of work is on management development programs and on facilitating change and development for organizations, teams and individuals. Her approach considers and appreciates diversity and intercultural dynamics and helps integrating different cultures.
