My core competence lies in advising and supporting organizations in their strategic, structural and cultural changes in a market-effective way. As a consultant and sparring partner to over 100 CEOs, I am specialized in the following areas:
  • Change Management and Organizational Development
    Consulting experience in more than 200 Change Processes. Program Management of complex change projects, diagnostic and design capabilities even in large systems.
  • Sparring Partner and Coach
    Supporting managers in reflecting on the challenges and polarities and finding good answers to the questions.
  • Strategy
    Development of concepts, Integrated Strategy and Planning Processes (ISPP) for sustainable Strategy Development; successful support and introduction of more than 50 Strategy Processes in various companies.

    Further development and implementation of Innovation Processes and Innovation Culture up to an Innovation Management System.
