What is the core of initiating change-processes in organizations, of improving processes, struc-tures, of developing visions for the future, of solving conflicts in escalated situations? The dia-logue! The basis of managing all these topics is an open and appreciative dialogue between the affected people. Therefore I create open, appreciative and creative dialogue spaces with my clients, where different and conflicting point of views can be heard and solved by developing a deeper understanding for each other. I integrate different professional methods from organiza-tional development, systemic consulting, theory U, group dynamic, conflict management, ex-perience education, mindful Leadership and other.
